Accepting new clients
warmly, hello.

Navigating life with compassion & clarity.

I'm a psychologist in Hyderabad. I sit with students, families, and grown-ups through the everyday weight of anxiety, grief, screens, and change. My work is careful and evidence-based. It is also warm. You should feel heard here — not studied.

How I can help

Ways we can work together

A few of the places I show up. Every conversation is shaped around you — this is not a one-size-fits-all list.

One-to-one therapy
A steady space to think, feel, and find your footing again.
Family sessions
For when things at home feel stuck. We slow down and listen together.
Workplace wellbeing
Real support for teams — talks, small groups, and quiet one-to-ones.
School workshops
Warm, practical sessions for students and the adults who care for them.

Things people often ask

Small worries before a first session are normal. If yours isn't here, write to me. I read every note.

What happens in the first session?

We take it slow. You tell me what has been sitting with you, and a little about your world. I listen, and we see what feels helpful to work on. It is also a chance for you to feel whether this space is a good fit — no pressure to decide anything right away.

Is what I share kept private?

Yes. What you share stays between us. In our first session, I'll walk you through how confidentiality works, and the few situations where it may need to be gently held differently — so nothing feels unclear.

How many sessions will I need?

There is no fixed number. It depends on what you're working through and what feels right for you. We'll check in about this together as we go, so you're never guessing.

Do I need a diagnosis to come see you?

Not at all. People come for many reasons — stress, relationships, big changes, grief, or just wanting to understand themselves better. You don't have to wait until things feel unbearable. Coming early is a kind thing to do for yourself.

Do online sessions really work?

They can, yes. For many people, meeting from home feels safer and easier to keep up with. Whether it's the right fit for you depends on your situation — we can talk it through in our first chat.

Can teenagers come on their own?

It depends on the young person's age, what's going on, and what feels safe. There's no single rule for everyone. Please write to me and we'll figure out what's right for them — carefully and together.

What if I need a different kind of support?

Sometimes therapy alone isn't enough — you may need a psychiatrist, a doctor, or a specialist. If that's the case, I'll say so gently, and help you find the right person. You will not be handed off alone.
